GE Power Conversion Offices
As part of a comprehensive change process, new workplace typologies for different departments, work profiles and buildings were designed with the help of employees in interviews and workshops. A flexible occupancy plan was developed together with the works council and management. Workplace typologies, thematic and functional clusters were then translated into the design of specific office furniture as well as into the spatial office planning.
